3. Made-to-Order & Final Sale Policy

All By Shanira pieces are made-to-order and final sale.

As such:

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • All purchases are considered final once an order is placed

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@byshanira.com.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

All purchases are insured during transit. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
