Each By Shanira piece is thoughtfully designed and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.

All items are final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.


Made-to-Order Policy

Because each piece is created specifically for you:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed

  • Production begins immediately upon purchase

  • Each piece is individually crafted over a 3–4 week period


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@byshanira.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion.


Repairs

We are happy to assist with repairs when possible.

Repair services may be subject to fees depending on the nature of the damage, including wear and tear or improper handling.
